We are running into an issue regarding the banner system and new banners being added to it or old banners being edited.

Starting off with a clean install and importing the sample Joomla banners the system seems to work fine. However once you modify say the URL of a preexisting banner and hit save or apply the banner disappears from the site. All other values are left as default as when it was first created.

Similiary creating a new client or a new zone and assigning a one of the Joomla imported banners to it cause it to disappear even if you declare the those new zones and clients specifically in the module.

By the same token creating an entirely new banner and assigning it to the sample zone and client does not cause it to appear.

Just opening a one of the existing banner and hitting Save or Apply without changing any of the base information causes the banner to disappear.

Is there a solution to this issue? Or an idea what the issue may even be?

Has there been anything on this at all? We renewed our subscription, installed the latest version and are still running into this issue. Is there no support for this problem at all- no possible solutions?

I think I may have figured it out! Go into the publish date and change the start time to 00:00:00 and stop time to 23:59:59. This worked for me at long last!
