Hi,
I've just installed this extension but when a user tries to save their changes the screen goes completely white and the changes have not taken effect. Is there any way to resolve this issue? Thanks

Could you give a link to the site?

Could be a problem with different javascripts like mootools

I've created a test profile so you can see for yourself what's happening:
Go to www.privateschoolsguide.com
Login on the right with the following:
Username: Test
Password: login

Juts to find the soucre of the problem could you change the template and try..
it could be that the template you are using now have a lot javascritps.. and if so we know where to start looking

Hi, Thanks for your reply but I've tried a new template and I get the same result. I'll try turning off the various plugins and see if that helps.
